Sound Bath Meditation
A sound bath meditation is a form of sound healing that offers a deeply relaxing, full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound vibrations to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and allow the body, mind and spirit to relax. During our sound baths, participants listen to the sounds of Rev. Catherine’s singing bowls, which are intended to encourage a deep state of stillness and relaxation.
Join us on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:30, either in-person at our church (12 Oxford Street, Fryeburg, ME), or via Zoom. If joining online, the Zoom link is https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85357860199
We recommend using a computer, with the speakers set at 80%. A cell phone’s speakers might not be strong enough to pick up the sounds of the bowls.
