Sound Bath Meditation

A sound bath meditation is a form of sound healing that offers a deeply immersive, full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound vibrations to release tension and gently invite therapeutic restoration processes to both mind and body. During our sound baths, participants listen to the sounds of Rev. Catherine’s singing bowls, which are intended to encourage the mind to relax and the body to release tension.

Join us on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:30, either in-person at our church (12 Oxford Street, Fryeburg, ME), or via Zoom. If joining online, the Zoom link is https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85357860199

We recommend using a computer, with the speakers set at 80%. A cell phone’s speakers might not be strong enough to pick up the sounds of the bowls.
